IAT and ILT furnaces main characteristics and differences

IAT and ILT melting furnaces are designed for induction melting of copper-containing and aluminum alloys.   • The height of the melting crucible furnace IAT, ILT above sea level – no more than 1000 m;
  • Ambient temperature – from + 5 to + 45 ° С;
  • Environment – non-explosive, not containing aggressive gases and impurities;
  • The absence of impurities in the cooled water, forming a sediment;
  • The temperature of the cooling water should not be lower than the ambient temperature in the room by more than 15 ° C;
  • Vapors and dust in concentrations not exceeding those specified in GOST 2.1.005-88;
  • Vibration and shocks in the place of installation of the electric furnace ILT and IAT should be absent.
